BEFORE BOOKING
Dogs and cats are welcome aboard our vehicles, with an additional fee and provided they are transported in suitable cages.
We offer baby seats or booster seats upon request for an additional fee.

The deposit payment is made online, and the remainder is to be paid directly to the driver on the day of your journey, either by credit card or in cash.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled arrival or departure time.

FAQ
AFTER BOOKING
The driver will meet you at the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name, and will also offer assistance with carrying your luggage.
We have a flight tracking system; in case of a delay, we will adjust the arrival of your vehicle according to your new scheduled arrival time. However, you can also keep us informed of the status of your flight by contacting us directly.
Please note that we decline any responsibility for lost items in the vehicle. If you have lost an item, please contact us immediately so we can locate and secure it.
In France, tipping the driver is not obligatory as the service is included in the price. However, if you are satisfied with the service provided, you may leave a tip at your discretion.
